Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; preferably with some post-secondary education or certification in training and development, customer service or a related field
• Proven experience in call centre, customer service or training role, or demonstrated ability to quickly master customer service operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple training programmes and schedules
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems
• Knowledge of telecommunications products, services and industry terminology is advantageous
• A patient, supportive and coaching-oriented mindset with genuine commitment to helping others learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
