Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to meet department and role needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
