Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a training and employee development specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging programmes for new hires and existing staff across departments. You will assess needs, tailor learning solutions, and conduct classroom and on-the-job sessions with measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps, ensure onboarding success, and apply industry best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in a training or employee development role within a customer service/BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional delivery techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to design and develop training content across tools and platforms.
• Experience with training needs assessments and evaluating training impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes for new hires and existing staff.
• Assess training needs and tailor solutions for different teams and departments.
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training with clear, relevant content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and reporting on participant progress.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and plan interventions.
• Support onboarding with company orientation and role-specific induction training.
• Stay updated with best practices and trends in employee development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring during and after formal training programmes.
• Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
