Job summary

• Ability to lead development of new solutions/projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curriculum and materials
• Select appropriate delivery mechanisms for training
• Deliver training to general workforce and targeted discipline/technical areas
• Monitor training effectiveness
• Develop discipline‑specific professional and process/tool knowledge training
• Develop discipline‑specific competency training
• Develop training on general workplace standards, processes, and tools
• Develop training on general skills and competencies
• Develop training on leadership and management development
• Select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training
• Lead development of new solutions/projects
• Supervise and coordinate lower‑level specialists
• Deliver input to policies, processes and standards
• Manage a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs with full employee lifecycle responsibility
