Requirements

• Filipinos who can speak Thai.
• Thai nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
• At least one year of quality assurance experience (BPO experience highly preferred but not required).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and on a shifting schedule.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and skills that need improvement (process and communication).
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met.
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings.
• Prepare, review, and present the quality analyst results of agents.
• Monitor the performance of team members.
