Requirements

• Filipinos that can speak the Vietnamese language.
• Open for Vietnamese Nationals that have a permanent visa in the Philippines.
• With at least a yearquality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Monitor the performance of team members
