Job summary

PEPSI COLA PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC. is looking for a Customer Developer to expand our market presence by opening and growing volumes of new accounts within the assigned territory.

You will help shape PCPPI's Route-to-Market strategy by identifying opportunities and onboarding key customers. Key duties include territory mapping, building strong customer relationships, ensuring reliable service, and collaborating with the sales team to drive sustainable growth across routes.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• 1–2 years in sales or business development is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Driver's license with restriction no. 1 or 2.

Responsibilities

• Map and survey territories to identify opportunities and place initial orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers to drive volume.
• Maintain high service levels so accounts remain consistently active.
• Work with sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Shadow routes to ensure effective customer visits and selling.
