Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines seeks an Account Developer to drive outlet penetration, manage customer relationships, and support route execution across assigned areas. You will coach DSPs and operations, prepare CRS objectives, and ensure ready-to-use tools and materials for the route.

The role reports to the Territory/Region Sales Manager and requires a business degree, excellent communication, negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Professional driver's license is preferred as part of role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Take Off (PTO) and CRS coaching for DSPs and ops managers.
• Deliver customer service through relationship management and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Drive volume achievement and market share growth through outlet execution and promotions.
• Coordinate new outlets and placement of key SKUs, including new product launches.
• Communicate with support functions and contribute process improvement ideas.
