Responsibilities

• Pre Take Off (PTO) and CRS coaching: support DSPs and managers on selling skills and outlet execution.
• Customer management: provide excellent service and address delivery issues promptly.
• Volume achievement: deliver targets by selling with profit story and ensuring marketing programs run as planned.
• Outlet penetration: coordinate new outlets and promote new SKUs, upgrade silver outlets to gold stores.
• Communications to support functions: follow and improve processes based on daily experience.
