Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1 year of sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive a motorcycle is a plus (with a valid driver’s license).

Responsibilities

• Recruit Retail Accounts and conduct territory mapping to place initial orders.
• Open New Retails Accounts and build strong relationships with newly onboarded customers.
• Grow New and Existing Accounts and PCPPI Coverage with strategy development with sales teams.
• Oversee Effectiveness of Sales by shadowing salespersons on their routes to ensure proper customer visits and selling/communication.
