Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably management or finance related.
• At least two years field sales management experience, including one year in traditional trade/distributor or account management.
• Understands key financial indicators and market dynamics for consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, supervise, execute, coordinate and monitor Sales & Distribution plans for the assigned territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters to achieve targets.
