Measure training effectiveness through performance data and feedback.
Oversee onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and HR to align training with launches.
Track KPIs and report insights to senior management.
Apply diverse learning methods across the company.
