Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Davao City for Telco and Technical Support accounts. The role handles inquiries via phone, chat, or email and covers account updates, billing concerns, and basic troubleshooting.

Candidates with at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work shifting schedules (including weekends) are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO or call center experience
• Good English communication (verbal and written)
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma / College level eligibility

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with telecommunications services, billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for internet, software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate support team
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
