Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

ROLE SUMMARY

Caldwell Communications is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative Davao City for our Telco and Technical Support accountsin Davao City.

This opportunity is ideal for applicants with at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience who are looking to grow their careers in customer service and technical support. You'll assist customers with telecommunications services, account-related concerns, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering exceptional support through phone, chat, or email.
