• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
• With or without BPO experience
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to start within the hiring period

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Address inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Assist with account, billing, and service-related requests
• Provide basic troubleshooting and appropriate solutions
• Process customer requests and update account information accurately
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Deliver professional and excellent customer service throughout each interaction
