Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate under the old curriculum or Senior High School Graduate under the K–12 curriculum.
• At least six months of customer contact experience (CCE).
• Good English communication skills, with a target proficiency equivalent to B2.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer concerns professionally and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to undergo the company's recruitment and assessment process.
