Job summary

Caldwell Communications Consultancy Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team onsite in Davao City. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot customer concerns, and deliver exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of BPO experience with technical support in a call center, and a K-12 or higher education background. Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and be onsite is required.
