Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of call center experience; telco account experience is preferred.
• High school graduate (old curriculum or senior high school).
• Good English communication skills, preferably B2 level.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account concerns, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about plans, promotions, and service features.
