Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Telecommunications account in Metro Manila. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and process service requests with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months call center experience, strong English (B2), good communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
