Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telco account in Cagayan de Oro. The role requires assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing service requests via inbound and outbound calls.

It is an onsite position offering a competitive package of up to ₱21,650 per month. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma (old curriculum) or senior high school, with or without call center experience.

Formación

• High School graduate under the old curriculum or Senior High School graduate.
• With or without call center experience
• Preferably with customer service or BPO experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
• Process service requests and account-related transactions
• Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
