Job summary

Recruitify HR is seeking Technical Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and support clients experiencing technical issues, providing clear solutions and professional guidance.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat or email, troubleshoot software/hardware, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining quality and productivity targets. Training is provided and onsite work in Metro Manila is required.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college preferred.
• Strong English and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and analytical mindset.
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila.
