Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required, preferably with CCE
• B2 English communication skills
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused and professional
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to undergo training

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Assist customers with account, billing, and service-related inquiries
• Address telecommunications product and service concerns
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance when applicable
• Process service requests, changes, and other customer transactions
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions and update account records
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Follow company and account policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
