Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month engagement to support hard-to-fill technical and niche roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage communications, and help drive roles to closure within tight timelines. Hybrid work setup at Ortigas, Pasig is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, focusing on technical or niche roles.
• Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned technical roles.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess against job requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Endorse high-quality candidate profiles based on requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide recruitment feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor progress and help close roles within timelines.
• Support multiple openings while meeting recruitment targets.
