Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month engagement to support hard-to-fill technical and niche roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage communications, and help drive roles to closure within tight timelines. Hybrid work setup at Ortigas, Pasig is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, focusing on technical or niche roles.
• Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely candidate profiles.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiters to join our recruitment team on a 3-month engagement. The successful candidates will support the hiring of critical and niche positions, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging qualified talent for hard-to-fill technical and specialized roles. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters with experience in technical recruitment, niche sourcing, RPO, or executive search who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned technical and niche roles.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Endorse high-quality and relevant candidate profiles based on the specific requirements of each position.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations and feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates, and help drive roles toward successful closure.
• Support multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably handling technical, specialized, or niche positions.
• Strong experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.
• Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidate profiles within tight timelines.
