HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month engagement. You will support hiring for critical, niche technical and specialized roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards, screening and shortlisting, building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality profiles within tight timelines to close roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably handling technical, specialized, or niche positions.
• Strong experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.
• Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned technical and niche roles.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Endorse high-quality and relevant candidate profiles based on the specific requirements of each position.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations and feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates, and help drive roles toward successful closure.
• Support multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and recruitment targets.
