Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate requisitions, define core skill requirements, and draft job profiles.
• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and university networks.
• Screen applications, conduct competency- and culture-based interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Maintain transparent candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Provide market benchmarks to hiring managers during compensation discussions and structure offers.
• Maintain recruitment audit trails, candidate notes, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities.
• Manage event logistics and analyze post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.
• Support the rollout of company-wide employee recognition programs.
• Draft, review, and update ISO-aligned policies and SOPs; ensure audit readiness and documentation.
