MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer (Technical Recruitment) for hybrid, dayshift. You will lead end-to-end tech hiring across tracks, manage a team of recruiters, and advise engineering leaders and clients on market reality and salary benchmarks.

The role blends hands-on recruitment with leadership, performance optimization, and strategic stakeholder partnership to meet aggressive hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, IT, CS, business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in supervisory or team lead roles managing recruiters.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and tech assessment platforms; strong LinkedIn workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical recruitment operations and delivery.
• End-to-end recruitment for complex, senior technical roles.
• Calibrate requirements with Engineering Managers and CTOs.
• Develop specialized sourcing pipelines using non-traditional channels.
• Assess candidates on technical competencies and behavioral alignment.
• Oversee onboarding handoffs and collaboration with HR/IT Operations.
• Drive KPIs: headcount targets, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire.
