Job summary

ALR Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract) for a fully remote role open to candidates in the Philippines. This 3-month engagement includes end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for multiple roles across technical and operational functions.

You will build talent pipelines, manage postings, coordinate interviews, and track metrics while collaborating with hiring managers to refine processes in line with GluCurve's growth.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across tech and operations.
• Minimum 2 years in technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for multiple searches across functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for open roles.
• Build talent pipelines and manage job postings.
• Coordinate interview logistics and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Support process refinement, metrics tracking and workforce planning aligned with growth.
