HRTX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Senior Recruiter for a 2-month contract. The role demands an agile, AI-driven independent recruiter to lead a high-impact hiring sprint, targeting managerial and niche roles.

You will combine headhunter discipline with advanced sourcing techniques, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to drive decisions with data-backed scorecards. Hybrid onsite in Pasig.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting including executive search or independent consulting.
• Advanced mastery of Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, passive candidate engagement, and AI sourcing.
• Experience with enterprise ATS platforms (iCIMS / Recruit IQ, Workday, Taleo).
• Excellent written and oral English communication with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite in Pasig).

We are seeking an agile, tech-savvy Independent Recruiter to lead a critical, 2-month hiring sprint. In this role, you will combine the strategic mindset of a headhunter with an AI-first approach to identify, engage, and secure high-impact, passive talent across managerial and niche roles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic & Passive Sourcing: Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies using advanced techniques like Boolean logic, X-ray searches, talent mapping, and deep sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.

• Screening & Values Alignment: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications and alignment with our core values: Character, Excellence, Ownership, and Teamwork.

• AI & Tech Integration: Leverage recruitment technologies, automated sourcing tools, and our ATS platform, Recruit IQ (iCIMS), to scale pipelines and streamline candidate management.

• Stakeholder Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, facilitating collaborative hiring decisions using structured evaluation scorecards and data-backed reporting.

• Mentorship & Optimization: Mentor junior team members on sourcing best practices while auditing and tracking key metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire to optimize workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically including executive search, headhunting, or independent consulting.

• Sourcing Edge: Advanced mastery of Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, passive candidate engagement, and modern AI sourcing platforms.

• Tech Literacy: Solid familiarity with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (such as iCIMS/Recruit IQ, Workday, or Taleo) and digital collaboration tools.

• Execution & Communication: Exceptional written and oral English communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Setup & Location: Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup (1 day onsite in Pasig)
