Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking an entry-level Technical Support specialist in Metro Manila. You will provide outstanding assistance to customers by phone, email, and chat, and you will troubleshoot a variety of technical issues with clear, concise communication.

You will document all interactions in the ticketing system, collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications
