Job summary

TaskUs PH is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide technical assistance across Windows, macOS and Linux environments. You will troubleshoot OS, network and security issues, analyze logs, and craft SQL queries to diagnose problems.

The role requires hands-on experience with EDR/MDR tools, patch management, and firewall configuration. Night shift, onsite at Las Piñas and Hiraya facilities, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, professionalism, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows, macOS and Linux with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with OSI model and network troubleshooting across VLAN, NAT, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Understanding encryption concepts including SSL/TLS, certificates and keys.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Patch management and performance troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read/write SQL queries and analyze logs beyond Event Viewer.
• Experience with antivirus/EDR/MDR tools and Windows firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via chat, phone, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot OS/network/security issues and optimize system performance.
• Analyze logs and write/read SQL queries to diagnose problems.
• Work with security tools (EDR/MDR) and configure Windows firewall rules.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude in all interactions.
