Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Technical Support Engineer – L1 (EP & Security) to deliver high-quality technical support across Windows, macOS and Linux environments, networks, and security tooling. You will assist customers via chat, phone, and ticketing while upholding our KPI targets and a customer-first mindset.

The role requires solid OS, networking basics, encryption concepts, patch management, log analysis, and familiarity with security tools (EDR/MDR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via chat, phone, and ticketing systems to customers.
• Maintain professional, courteous customer-first attitude while meeting KPIs.
• Assist in troubleshooting security-related issues and network stack problems.
