Job summary

Caldwell Communications in the Philippines is seeking a customer service representative to answer calls, provide information, and respond to client inquiries with clear English.

Open to college graduates with no experience, or high school/senior high graduates with BPO experience; onsite work within 25–35 km. Benefits include 13th month pay, HMO for three beneficiaries, maternity/paternity leave, retirement insurance, and career growth opportunities.

• Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients.

• Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns.
• Answers participant questions and talks with participants to understand what information is being asked.
