Job summary

Caldwell Communications in the Philippines is seeking customer service representatives to answer calls, assist clients, and address inquiries, with a focus on providing accurate information and timely help.

Open to HS/SHS graduates with or without experience; BPO experience is a plus. Onsite work within the Philippines network; strong English communication is required. Competitive benefits include 13th month pay, HMO with beneficiaries, and work-life balance initiatives.
