Job summary

Caldwell Communications is seeking a customer-focused professional for onsite client support. You will handle phone inquiries, provide information, and assist customers through calls, email, and written correspondence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, with opportunities for growth. Open to college graduates or high school graduates with BPO experience. Onsite work required within 25–35 km of the Valenzuela area.

• Minimum college completion; no experience required.
• High school or senior high graduates with BPO experience are eligible.
• Excellent to above-average English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a plus but not required.
• Onsite work required.
• Within 25–35 km radius.
