Caldwell Communications is hiring for an onsite customer service role in Metro Manila. You will answer calls, assist clients, handle mail and emails, and provide accurate information to resolve concerns. Open to college graduates; high school and senior high graduates with BPO experience are welcome, and English proficiency is essential.
