Job summary

Caldwell Communications is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle inbound calls, provide information, and assist clients from our Manila-area operations. The role requires clear English communication and a willingness to work onsite.

BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory, and we welcome fresh graduates who can join within the 25–35 km radius. Open to High School and Senior High School graduates, with a focus on delivering excellent service and helping customers resolve

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide information/assistance to clients.
• Check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
• Communicate with customers by phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
• Answer participant questions and understand what critical information is being asked.
