Caldwell Communications is hiring a customer service specialist in the Philippines to support clients by phone and written correspondence, delivering accurate information and courteous assistance.

Open to college graduates with no experience or high school graduates with BPO exposure. Onsite role within 25–35 km of Metro Manila; competitive pay, 13th month pay, HMO, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support is not mandatory but a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work onsite within the specified vicinity.

Job Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
