Job summary

Teleperformance Retail Account in Taguig is seeking a Tech Support Representative for an on-site role. You will handle retail product concerns and provide technical troubleshooting to customers. A 1+ year tech support or technical customer service background is preferred.

Applicants should be high school graduates (old curriculum or senior high), with a tech-related course preferred. Strong communication and trouble-shooting skills, plus willingness for shifting schedules are required, and NBI
