Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account concerns. This on-site role is based in Taguig, with working location at the McKinley West/ Teleperformance area in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn, with basic computer skills and a willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• No prior experience required is acceptable for consideration.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
