Job summary
Teleperformance Retail Account in Taguig is seeking a Tech Support Representative for an on-site role. You will handle retail product concerns and provide technical troubleshooting to customers. A 1+ year tech support or technical customer service background is preferred.

Qualifications
- 1 year tech support/technical customer service experience.
- Voice / international BPO experience.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Tech-related course is preferred.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- With NBI Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns related to retail products and services.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and step-by-step assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Escalate complex concerns following established procedures.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
