Metacom Careers is seeking a Telecommunications Account Specialist to support a premium telecommunications account. You will assist customers with their telecommunications needs, deliver friendly service, and resolve account or service-related concerns through voice interactions.

Open to Senior High School and Old High School graduates; prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required. You will work onsite at ATC in Muntinlupa, in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• Undergraduate High School applicants are not accepted.
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but may not be required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions through voice calls.
• Willing to work onsite at ATC.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.

• Troubleshoot basic service-related concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote and recommend relevant products, upgrades, and services when applicable.
