Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while building new client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and project execution.
