The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator capable of ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and objectives to guide team direction.
  
• Evaluate supplier sales trends to prioritize high-value brands for selling and advertising.
  
• Manage, organize, and drive the successful completion of team projects.
  
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals and create effective strategies to meet them.
  
• Oversee agent workloads and ensure efficient and timely task completion.
  
• Communicate results, suggestions, and solutions to internal teams and management.
  
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards for compliance and performance.
