Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist Team Leader in Taguig to guide a team of Recruitment Specialists serving VA and RPO clients. The role blends hands-on recruitment with leadership, ensuring delivery of targets while upholding quality and candidate experience.

You will oversee end-to-end processes, monitor metrics, and liaise with HR and Operations to align priorities. Prior supervisory experience and a strong BPO/RPO background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in recruitment; supervisory experience preferred (6+ months).
• Background in BPO or RPO environments; high-volume recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Recruitment Specialists to meet targets and maintain quality.
• Set daily/weekly hiring targets; monitor team KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and labor practices; manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
