Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth, sales operations, and strategic expansion across the Philippines. The role will manage high-growth projects, develop local and international partnerships, oversee financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

You will lead projects from concept to launch, manage budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and drive opportunities across regions.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA/MBA or BD/Sales certs are a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and sales, preferably FMCG with nationwide exposure.
• Experience managing international clients/partners and multi-time-zone coordination.
• Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute business development, sales, and market-expansion strategies across the Philippines.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, channels, and revenue sources.
• Manage local and international clients and stakeholders across time zones.
• Lead projects from concept to launch, scale, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and full P&L oversight.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions across regions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams in multiple regions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare proposals, performance reports, and management recommendations.
• Support nationwide operations and ensure targets and timelines are met.
