Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Recruitment Team Leader to supervise Recruitment Specialists and ensure targets are met with quality and compliance. This hands-on leadership role blends coaching with day-to-day operations.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle for VA and RPO clients, coordinate with HR and client stakeholders, track metrics, and drive process improvements using ATS, CRM, and automation. Onsite, 9am–6pm, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruitment with at least 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Experience in BPO/RPO or high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Proficient in ATS/CRM and scheduling tools; comfortable with AI-based recruitment automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Recruitment Specialists to ensure performance and adherence to standards.
• Oversee full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, endorsements, interviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and client representatives to align hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment data and manage ATS/CRM dashboards; drive process improvements.
