Responsibilities

• Create job shells in JobAdder and post job advertisements.
• Manage job ad expiry dates and refresh/close as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in JobAdder.
• Prepare and format candidate screeners with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, send calendar invites, and track responses.
• Follow up with clients after sending redacted screeners and after interviews.
• Perform thorough candidate searches across databases and sourcing platforms.
• Manage LinkedIn candidate searches and outreach; oversee recruiter communications.
