Job summary

VXI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to support the recruiting team with day-to-day processes, documentation, and candidate management. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and assisting during job fairs and off-site recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a call center environment, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a call center is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sourcing and initial screening of applicants from various recruitment channels (e.g. Jobstreet, job fair databases).
• Ensures timely encoding of all applicants into the recruitment database.
• Provides assistance to the Recruitment team during job fairs and off-site recruitment initiatives.
• Provides clerical support such as encoding tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external contacts, and preparing adhoc reports and presentations.
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
