Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to own end-to-end staffing across multiple business units in the Metro Manila area. You will develop strategies, manage a recruitment team, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while strengthening the talent pipeline.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, improve processes, and deliver qualified candidates for managerial, professional, and high-volume roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive recruitment experience; 3–5 years in managerial role.
• Experience in shared services, FMCG, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or multi-company environments is an advantage.
• Strong experience in high-volume and multi-position recruitment.
• Proven experience handling managerial, professional, and specialized roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment platforms, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HRIS or applicant tracking

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and workforce plans aligned with business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding coordination.
• Lead recruitment for managerial, specialized, critical, and high-volume positions.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Recruitment team, including targets, KPIs, workload, and performance.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on manpower needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, networks, and partnerships.
• Strengthen employer branding and relationships with universities, recruitment partners, and professional organizations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
• Prepare recruitment reports and manpower updates for management.
• Identify recruitment gaps and implement process improvements, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure recruitment compliance, confidentiality, proper documentation, and consistent hiring standards.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and other HR functions for a smooth onboarding transition.
